Responsibilities:
1. Provide and negotiate quotes with commercial and residential clients
2. Update, assign and supervise pickups and deliveries to ensure proper utilization of employees, equipment, loading and unloading while meeting Blue Owl and customer expectations
3. Monitor and update drivers' work schedules and company's job and lead boards
4. Complete, distribute, and store company and government docs such as Bill of Ladin, shipping manifests, and other forms
5. Act as the main point of contact between customers and our company drivers
6. Update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) setup, drivers' work schedules, and company's operation boards using Monday.com, Google Drive, Gmail, Whatsapp, and other apps
7. Follow company standard operating procedures (SOPs)
8. Answer communications from drivers and customers in a timely manner
9. Take pride in completing your tasks without delay or need to be micromanaged
10. Be polite and proactive when doing business
